This fileset, originally downloaded from Dime and provided to me by Ilkka (Dime alias moloxorx) has been cleaned up a lot. It was marred by a lot of broadband noise and very muddy sounding. What I noticed is that the recording itself was in mono, but the noise was different in both channels. So I used phase cancellation to isolate the center from the sides, removed another layer of noise after that, and EQd it to be less muddy. There is still some hiss (it was a pretty poor recording with many generations), and no discernable high end, but it is far better than before.
This was the day before one of the shows recorded for Unleashed in the East
