I've had this show for a while but never really listened to it. When I played it for the first time, however, it was obvious it needed serious work: the levels were so low it was barely audible and the speed was very fast. I did my best to correct the speed and boost the levels. It's an improvement, but still not a terrific recording by any measure. Nonetheless, I hope that perhaps I've rescued this from the scrap heap and made it at least listenable.
According to the set list for the show two days later, three songs that should have been played near the end of the show (Steeler / Genocide / Tyrant) are missing. But setlist.fm does not list those songs as having been played at all. So it's not clear if those songs weren't played, or just weren't recorded. Either way, they are not on this recording.
Finally, the wikipedia tour date list for British Steel says that they played Fresno on June 15, and never played San Diego, but after The Ripper, you can clearly hear Rob say "good evening San Diego." So I'm sticking with San Diego.
So, with all these caveats and questions, here's the speed-corrected/boosted version of this show. Thanks to the taper and original uploader.
